 Community
Support
- Community support services are accessed through the work units
of the Clubhouse. This assistance is provided by other members
and staff with whom the recipient member has relationships.
- These supports include, but are certainly not limited to, assistance
with housing, entitlements, transportation, advocacy, and obtaining
quality medical, psychiatric, psychological and pharmacological
services in the community.
- Transportation is provided to necessary appointments when no
other transportation is available.
