Adventure House has been in operation for 16 years. It operates in a beautiful southern mansion. The atmosphere is that typical of the south. When someone enters they immediately feel welcome. Members can be seen socializing in the Snack Bar, outside on the beautiful grounds or in the living room.

Currently Adventure House is open one evening per week. This will be expanding from one to two evenings per week and Saturdays. Social Programs include group activities such as baseball games, seasonal parties, attending plays at the community college, and shopping trips. Also part of our evening social includes the preparation of dinner. Members and staff work side-by-side preparing and serving dinner. This is generally a fun time for all involved. Relationships are being built and strengthened during these activities.
